Corporate & Commercial Banking primarily service customers with business lending requirements, complemented by a full range of products and services, which may be offered directly or via key specialist areas.

  • Corporate Banking

    The Corporate Banking team is part of the Corporate & Specialised Banking division in the east coast and part of the Corporate & Commercial business in WA. Corporate teams operate a relationship banking model in four states (WA, VIC, NSW & QLD) under a similar model to that of our Commercial Banking colleagues. Corporate Banking offers genuine relationship management for large private and public middle market enterprises with debt requirements greater than $20m.

  • Specialised Banking

    Specialised Banking teams focus on relationship banking, responsible for providing and managing the full range of industry-specific banking needs for small to medium enterprises with debt requirements from $2m to $20m.

    In addition the business is supported by selected- industry specialists and industry specific portfolios in most States in the following areas:

  • Commercial Banking

    Commercial teams focus on relationship banking, responsible for providing and managing the full range of commercial banking needs for small to medium enterprises with debt requirements from $2m to $20m

    • Exception applies to Property deals, which are referred to Property Finance.
    • Commercial Banking Centres are grouped into regions.
    • Colleagues within these centres form small teams called ‘Portfolios’. Each Portfolio typically consists of a Business Development Manager, Relationship Manager and Assistant Relationship Manager.
